At 44 Farms, we are committed to providing the highest quality Black Angus beef and gourmet food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we cannot accept returns, but we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any order that does not arrive in perfect condition.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package and ensure all perishable items are still frozen or cool to the touch.
Document Issues
If you notice damage to the packaging or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
Contact Customer Care
Email our support team with your order number and the photos of the issue so we can evaluate your claim and provide a resolution.
Resolution Processing
Once your claim is approved, we will initiate a priority replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
